Episode 4: 4 Seasons in 4 Weeks
Helping Couples Understand the Menstrual Cycle
The way we are taught about the female experience, particularly the female body and menstrual cycle, is based on decades' worth of misconceptions and false information. This does a huge disservice to women themselves, as well as to their male partners who are trying to better understand the natural cycles women go through.
Listen to this episode of the Vibrant Couple to hear Suzanne Mathis McQueen, author of 4 Seasons in 4 Weeks, discuss her non-technical method of understanding the menstrual cycle, which covers everything from the various physical changes a woman can experience at different points in her cycle, to how men and women can work together to better engage with each other throughout the cycle.
